If you don’t have all the information, or the time, to settle these enquiries for yourself, we can provide your solicitors with a management sales pack (a fixed fee applies). This is a comprehensive document, tailored to your individual sale, which is designed to answer the standard set of pre-sale enquiries contained in an LPE1 form.

In the interest of data protection, prior to completion, we will deal solely with your (the seller’s) solicitor and never the buyers’. The document will be emailed to the solicitor within 10 working days of request and payment. Please note there is a fixed fee for LPE1.
